Jeffrey W. McCaw joined SourceAmerica in 2019 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer on the executive leadership team. He has a distinguished career in fiscal management, leading financial functions that include accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and grant accounting and compliance. In addition, he was an active member of SourceAmerica's Board of Directors.

Previously, McCaw served as the CFO of Goodwill Industries International, Inc. for nine years and was a Controller for six years. Prior to Goodwill, McCaw was a Controller for Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, a leading full-service accounting and advisory firm in the Washington, D.C. area.

McCaw received his B.S. in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Certified Public Accountant.
