Julie Tibbitt Feldman BS '00 and Shane Feldman BS '00

Shane Feldman and Julie Tibbitt’s journey as a couple began at the College of Liberal Arts at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where their shared love for learning, adventure, and each other blossomed. They are grateful to RIT for fostering a community that inspired them to take risks, explore new ideas, and grow together.
Shane Feldman is the Founder and CEO of Innivee Strategies, Inc., an organizational and leadership development, and strategic consulting company. Through his leadership roles and his company, he has driven systemic changes that have increased visibility, efficiency, revenue, accountability, and influence across various local, national, and international organizations. Julie Tibbitt has held varied roles in teaching and administration across K-12 and higher education. She enjoys a special focus on empowering lifelong learners through accessibility, administration, agency, and assessment.
Shane holds a graduate degree in Management, a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Financial Management, and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). He has also been recognized as one of the University of Maryland Global Campus Distinguished Alumni and was selected to the Diversity Executive Leadership Program with the American Society of Association Executives. Julie holds undergraduate degrees in Social Work and Legal Studies, a graduate degree in Education, a graduate certificate in Administration, and a terminal degree in Education from different institutions.
Together, Shane and Julie have dedicated time, energy, and philanthropic giving to champion career opportunities for Deaf individuals, and Children of Deaf Adults (CODAs). In their personal lives, they cherish spending time with family, close friends, and each other.
