RIT's illustration program welcomed Leslie Cober for its annual multi-day Presto! workshop in January 2025. Students worked in teams to make a cohesive illustration series for use on soap boxes. Cober is an educator and the president of the Society of Illustrators. 

Every year, the Presto! event gives students the opportunity to learn from and work directly with a well-known illustrator. In 2024, the program partnered with Disney's John T. Quinn.
