This is a sampling of articles and pages in Positive/Negative Magazine Volume 9, produced in fall semester 2015.
The theme for this issue is "duality", which is illustrated in the brush strokes and hand lettering contrasted with clean lines throughout the magazine.The cover includes the application of foil stamping on the brush stroke and nameplate, contrasting matte and gloss textures.
This volume has won a Gold Addy Award from the Rochester Advertising Federation and also District 12. The volume has also won a national Addy Award for outstanding student publication.
In addition, several of the spreads shown were awarded Silver or Gold Addy Awards from the Rochester Advertising Federation.
This volume was also recognized with a Platinum Award/Best in Category by the 46th Annual Creativity International Awards .
