IDDE 206 ID Form
An exploration of form as it relates to design with emphasis on product design. We use wire, fabric, paper and a dense-urethane foam.
Students were asked to identify an interesting intersection of three planes from an existing product. While paying particular attention to the transitions between the planes; translate the selection into a paper composition utilizing scoring and folding techniques to transform a two dimensional flat plane into a three dimensional collection of surfaces. The material in the following examples is bristol board.
