Instructional illustration
Instructional illustrations are designed to teach a medical or scientific concept to a particular audience. The complexity of the illustration must be tailored to the science background of the target audience, whether physicians, medical students, undergraduates, or the lay public. Such illustrations are most commonly found in textbooks, but may also be used on instructional websites or interactive products.
These illustrations were all created in Adobe Illustrator.
