Traveling to Ohio on 271 South and North, I found an area that was populated with with many dead birds that had been hit by cars and trucks. So I stopped and picked them up for a project i am working on.

Was waiting to speak to my daughter Courtney walking about the house and the green captured my eye. I shot it with flash on "slow" and all the lights out. Went to bed at 2am, Courtney fell asleep. My roommate told me I left music playing but I thought I turned it off. Playful Spirits in this house. :-}

Woke up at 11:52pm on 3-18-2014, couldn't go back to sleep so I started looking at what produced light with all the light off downstairs. This was taken in our kitchen on the microwave oven. It was shot handheld and "Serendipity" gave me this gift which I didn't see until late this afternoon when I was editing.

I am finding our ashtrays to be a special topic. No I don't smoke cigarettes, never have but grow up in a family were everyone smoked and I was thought to be "weird" for not smoking. Living with roommates that smoke doesn't bother me after living in a smoke free environment for 27 years. This may become "another" long term project.

Can you see her looking in? I was shooting outside my living room window last night doing timed exposures when the camera stopped working. I looked at my images and that is when I saw her looking back at me. Nothing scary, and her beauty is hunting.

Cori's cat she adopted, she was told he was 7 years old but the Veterinarian told her he is more around 3 years old. He is a very sweet cat that love to have his stomach rubbed, and is always Purring!

Winter Storm Vulcan was a great storm, parts of RIT lost power and the wind was powerful. The official report was 10 inches of snow fell but it seemed a lot more then that fell.
