This comprehensive design for NEXT Global Real Estate Firm's new office in the heart of Denver, Colo., is inspired by the local community, geographical location and biophilic/biomimetic design solutions. The sustainable biomimetic design solutions used here imitate natural models and concepts to enhance the well-being of workers and promote a sense of community within the workplace.
