Typography / GRDE 201 Letterform Design Projects

This project required students to select, research and analyze an existing typeface as a point of departure to create their own system of related letterforms. Students selected one of the following letterform groupings to explore their systems:
a,c,e,o,s…d,p,q,b,g…k,v,w,x,y,z
m,u,n,r,h…and i,l,j,f,t

Each student gave their new letterform system a cool name.
