Horror comics have given readers goosebumps since the Golden Age of Comic Books. Classic tales such as Frankenstein and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde crept into comic book pages in the 1930s and 40s, creating a new subgenre that captured readers' imaginations.

In 1953, artist Joe Kubert introduced a groundbreaking concept—the fusion of horror and the 3D experience—the first issue of The House of Terror! By the late 1980s, this unique blend had evolved into its own immersive genre. The Cary Graphic Arts Collection invites you to venture into the world of 3D horror . . . if you dare!
