He facilitates discussions that delve into the meaning of a fulfilling life as a student, personal agency in shaping one's college experience, and the impact of identity, culture, systemic oppression, and spirituality on their individual journeys. Ultimately, Joshua aims to empower students to find their voices and make choices that create purpose and freedom, both within RIT and beyond.

Joshua enjoys spending time with family. Being in nature is one of the places he feels most at home. He enjoys reading, cooking, working out, and fostering a connection with the ever-evolving meaning and purpose in his own life.
