I have been working at RIT Counseling & Psychological Services since 2012, and prior to that I worked in adult outpatient mental health for Rochester Regional Health. My work is informed first from a client-centered approach, and my training background includes numerous evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure Therapy.  I have a strong interest in the intersection of mental health and technology, and have been working to develop and provide workshops to students that promote open source hardware/software applications for mental health benefits.
