The following dates are application deadlines for varying amounts of the early decision award for the executive MBA programs commencing in fall 2025. Applications must be fully submitted in the portal and an interview scheduled with a program co-Director to qualify. Round 1 Early Decision deadline is January 31, 2025 to qualify for the $5,000 award. Round 2 Early Decision deadline is March 15, 2025 to qualify for the $2,500 award. The final round deadline is June 1, 2025 to qualify for the $1,000 award. International applicants must complete the application by June 1, 2025 to be considered and admitted for fall 2025. Scholarships
Exclusive to the Executive MBA programs, the scholarships below are specifically designed for Executive MBA students and awarded based on merit, financial need and professional experience. On average, executive students are awarded up to $25,000 in scholarship.

Donald A. Zrebiec Endowed Scholarship for Non-Profit Professionals | This scholarship is awarded to professionals in the nonprofit sector, reflecting Don Zrebiec's commitment to the local community and human service agencies. Ranges vary year-to-year. |
Michael Krupnicki Endowed Scholarship | This scholarship is awarded to one professional per academic year, with preference given to entrepreneurs or a demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset. Ranges vary year-to-year. |

Women In Bio Executive Scholarship: Exclusive scholarship available to Women In Bio members applying for the Online Executive MBA program with Life Sciences electives.
Leadership Rochester Executive Scholarship: Exclusive scholarship available to Leadership Rochester alumni applying for either Executive MBA program.
Company Match Scholarship: If your employer offers tuition reimbursement, you may be eligible for a match scholarship, up to $5,000. Connect with your manager or HR representative to confirm company benefits.

Executive MBA Program Tuition Billing Fall 2025
Tuition and fees for the executive MBA programs are distributed over four terms, covering enrolled courses, course materials, and specific experiential learning expenses to offer a straightforward structure for your financial planning. Below is a breakdown of terms for the programs initiating Fall 2025. Billing amounts are full tuition without scholarship, employer tuition benefits, or financial aid applied. In the first installment for fall 2025, the first billing cycle takes place between July-September 2025 for the courses commencing August-December 2025. Tuition billed is $19,500 for the executive MBA program with global electives or $20,250 for the executive MBA program with life sciences electives.
