Life Sciences Experience
The executive MBA with Life Science electives combines core curriculum in leadership and commercialization with topical life sciences subjects (Bioinformatics, device regulations and entrepreneurial thinking). Students enrolled in life sciences electives also take part in a 2-3 day trip to New York City, connecting with established and emerging companies in New York’s life science ecosystem.

As part of a greater partnership, the RIT Online Executive MBA welcomed three exceptional Women In Bio members into the fall 2024 cohort. Entrepreneurial Applications in Interoperability
Lamya Hamad '24 (EMBA), Jen Spencer '23 (EMBA), and Alex Sunseri '23 (EMBA) graduated from the inaugural Executive MBA class focusing on Life Sciences electives, which sparked cross-over collaboration. They combined Executive MBA and life sciences learnings with experiences in pharma, health information, and cybersecurity to create Stratus Health Sync, a winning interoperability solution.
