Saunders College of Business announced its 2021-2022 graduation student delegates, undergraduate student delegate Ann-Katherine Calendori and graduate student delegate Kelly Fidler. Recognized for their outstanding performance within the college, the two will represent Saunders College at this year’s convocation and commencement ceremonies May 6-7.
Undergraduate Delegate
Ann-Katherine Calendori is a management information systems major with a minor in supply chain management and will be joining Cisco after graduation. “Ann-Katherine is a true RIT tiger and knew it from the moment she stepped onto the RIT Campus for the first time,” said Dean Jacqueline Mozrall. “Ann-Katherine is involved in so much of what RIT and Saunders have to offer. From being an RIT tour guide to managing the Peer Mentorship Program to being the Chair of the Planning Committee for the 2022 Women's Leadership Summit. She takes advantage of every opportunity that comes her way.”
Graduate Delegate
Kelly Fidler has a distinguished career working in Life Sciences for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Roche Diagnostics, and Edwards Lifesciences, where she is currently the Senior Director of Global Brand and Marketing Operations leading the direction and execution of both the THV therapy and SAPIEN product portfolio brand strategy and campaigns. Kelly is a member of a story-telling group designed to refine abilities for marketers. “Our Executive MBA Program is nationally ranked, and it shows with who is in the classroom,” said Dean Mozrall. “Kelly excelled in the program and will be completing her degree this spring.”

RIT Croatia Delegate
Filip Stanišić from From Podgorica, Montenegro, graduates with a bachelor of science in hospitality and tourism management. Filip distinguished himself by earning a 3.99 cumulative GPA and being awarded the Outstanding Undergraduate Scholar Award. During his studies at RIT Croatia, Filip was a teaching assistant for College Algebra, Introduction to Statistics 1 and 2, Financial Accounting and Strategic Financial Analysis. As he earned the trust of his professors, Filip was given a chance to be a co-moderator of a panel discussion at the annual Career Education Day and help develop the hotel and F&B simulations. Filip acquired professional experience by interning with Porto Montenegro, where he worked as an Innovation Center Coordinator; HTP Korčula Port 9 Hotel, where he was a Hotel Manager assistant; and Zizoo, where he was a Partner Success Intern.
RIT China Delegate, Weihai Campus
Jiayu Li, from Weihai, China, graduates with a bachelor of science in management information systems. She represents RIT China as the representative of the 2021 and 2022 graduating classes. Jiayu completed internships in Ernst & Young Global Limited, IBM, and Digital China during her undergraduate program. At RIT China, Jiayu served as a Vice President and Academic Director of the International Communication Association and a team leader of the Model Apec school team. She also participated in establishing a student/staff committee in RIT China, bridging the gap between the students and professors. In the fall of 2021, Jiayu began her studies at Washington University in St. Louis for a master's degree in business analytics to become a professional consultant.
