This application form is for Non-Degree English Language Students.

Admissions criteria can be found on the English Language Center admissions page. RIT degree students DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION. RIT students who are admitted to a degree program can be enrolled in ELC courses by emailing ritelc@rit.edu.

If you are planning to apply to RIT for a “conditional admission” package (English + degree), we encourage you to visit the RIT admissions website and apply there first. Students who are conditionally admitted by RIT for a degree program do not need to apply separately to the English Language Center.

Note: Students who are applying internationally and who need a new F1 visa should apply 90 days ahead of the start date.
