Feast your eyes and bellies on this. Restaurant and Event Management students at RIT are bringing big flavor to the Student Alumni Union with a Catering Pop-Up inspired by Thanksgiving. On the menu? Herb-roasted sliced turkey breast, a delicious pommes puree served over roasted seasonal vegetables. There's dessert too, you won't want to miss this!
It's all taking place at the Student Alumni Union (SAU) Lobby from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7.
