Dustin Kochensparger is a producer and designer with over a decade of experience working in video games. Before founding DB Creations, he was a senior producer at Bungie, working on rewards, user retention, and monetization for Destiny 2. With a passion for project management and team leadership, he manages the studio’s day to day business operations, as well as driving game design and production for many titles. He is passionate about developing games that push the bounds of new technologies, enabling new kinds of play that haven’t been seen before.
