My Meal allows you to view the nutrition information of multiple food items across multiple restaurants.

  1. Navigate to your dining unit(s) of choice's menu
  2. Click the orange plus button to the left of your desired food item(s)
  3. After adding all the food items for your meal, click on the Meal Nutrition button located in the My Meal box below these instructions.

Compare Items
Use Compare Items to compare the nutritional information of foods at a specific dining location.

  1. Navigate to your dining unit(s) of choice's menu
  2. Click the Compare Items button above the menu items. The orange pluses will turn to grey boxes.
  3. Check the grey boxes of the food items you wish to compare.
  4. Click on the Item Nutrition button above the menu items.
