Office of Government and Community Relations
The Office of Government and Community Relations serves as the primary liaison for the Campus Community with our federal, state and local public officials, government agencies and the surrounding Rochester community. GCR actively works to promote the University's funding and legislative priorities and share news about the academic success of our more than 18,000 students, research, major accomplishments and our growing economic impact and development. We work around the clock to develop and maintain a positive image for the University and strengthen lines of communications with key stakeholders, neighborhood organizations and the business community throughout the Rochester region.
