Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at Imagine RIT on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

Before logging in, please review the steps you'll need to complete:

1. Login with your RIT username and password.
2. Review and accept the terms of the Exhibitor Agreement.
3. Complete your exhibitor profile to ensure you receive a free T-shirt and meal voucher. Please note, all exhibitor profiles must be completed in the system by March 24. (For future logins, you will be directed straight to the "My Proposals" page.)
4. Start a new proposal.
5. Complete four sections: Exhibit Info, Service Requests, Exhibitors, and Images and Files.
