Sarah Rynearson-Moody is the Grants & Operations Manager for the Center for Public Safety Initiatives (CPSI) at Rochester Institute of Technology. She received her MA in Criminology from the University of South Florida and a BS from Binghamton University in Psychobiology (now called Integrative Neuroscience). Rynearson-Moody has a background in strategic planning; policy development; evaluation; and research on the intersection between behavioral health, homelessness and the criminal justice system.
