Jenna Deutsch

'13 BS Advertising and Public Relations

Jenna Deutsch is an accomplished Program Manager and community builder with over a decade of experience driving cross-functional teams and launching consumer technology products at companies including SharkNinja, iRobot, Peloton, Bose, and Fitbit.

A 2013 graduate of RIT’s College of Liberal Arts, Jenna earned her B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. She later completed her MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship and holds both PMP and Scrum Master certifications. While at RIT, Jenna was the President of the Iota Psi Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha, an RA, and worked at both RIT SportsZone and RIT Sports Information.

Known for her customer-first mindset and enthusiasm for process improvement, Jenna has led end-to-end development and commercialization of high-profile products, while consistently championing usability, accessibility, and data-driven decision-making. She has also built and scaled global product testing programs, working closely with engineering, product, and research teams to elevate quality and user experience.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jenna is a dedicated volunteer and advocate for inclusive wellness. She currently serves as a community outreach volunteer for Fit to Function, a Boston nonprofit supporting adaptive fitness for individuals with disabilities and neurological conditions. She also runs her own home organizing and event planning business, Perfectly Aligned, and recently joined RIT’s College of Liberal Arts National Council following her term on the Alumni Association Board of Directors (2022–2024). Jenna lives in Boston with her mini-wirehaired dachshund, Dunkin', and enjoys traveling, cooking/baking, working out, reading, and thrifting/antiquing.
