Directory Photos
All RIT faculty/staff have an official photo for their RIT directory page like the one here for President Munson.
The photo for your directory page should be taken with the University Photography Services team as soon as possible after starting work at RIT. This official portrait photo is uploaded by the Division of Marketing and Communications for use on all rit.edu web pages where you may be listed with a photo. Employees are welcome to update this photo every 5 years.
How to Schedule Your RIT Directory Photo
- Go to Directory Photo Sign-up page.
- Follow the steps listed below to pick a 10 minute window to get your directory photo taken.
- Use the sign up tool to find and select an available date (circled in orange).
- Scroll down to select a time.
- The page will load a contact information form; fill this out with your RIT email and hit Next.
- The date and time selected will show on the screen for a final confirmation.
Review and, if correct, click Confirm.
- You will receive an email confirmation of the date and time from RIT Directory Photos <donotreply@appointy.com>.
- The email will contain links to Reschedule Appointment and Cancel Appointment.
- The photo team will take care of uploading your new photo to the directory.
