Interested students can apply to be a research assistant at RAMLab. Students can volunteer in any of the Fall, Spring, or Summer sessions. Funding may be available for summer research.

MS and PhD candidates looking to specialize in semiconductor IC design (analog/mixed-signal and RF systems) can contact Dr. Das (tadeee@rit.edu) directly with their background and interests via email. Please include your resume, background, and a brief statement summarizing your motivation to join us.
