What are you involved in at RIT?
Intramural Soccer, the College of Science Student Activity Board (COSSAB), and PiRIT.
Why RIT and the College of Science?
When I was applying to schools, my cousin was attending RIT and really enjoyed the atmosphere and class structure. As for the College of Science (COS), I initially started in a different major outside of COS but realized I didn’t enjoy it. I switched to Applied Mathematics, which I liked much more, and I felt I fit into COS far better than before.
What is your advice for prospective college students?
Try not to lose focus on what you want to do, and don’t be afraid to acknowledge if something isn’t right for you.
