Jake Martin

Jake Martin is a jewelry designer, sculptor, and goldsmith who has received an MFA in Jewelry Design and Metalsmithing from RIT in 2019. He currently works as a professional goldsmith focusing on custom jewelry in Washington, DC. His working process is intuitive and comes directly from tangible experience with the materials but is also conceptually motivated. The work is driven by a deep respect for classical metalsmithing, mythology, science, all while utilizing contemporary technology and techniques.
