Riley Yankowich, a third-year new media design student from Deerfield Beach, Fla., created the winning poster and will receive $500 in Tiger Bucks as her prize. -

Carillon set to ring across campus once again
The sound of the RIT carillon bells will be heard throughout campus for the first time in nearly three years on Friday. The system, which broke in 2014, was repaired and will resume chiming at 3 p.m. Friday. -

RIT designated ‘Voter Friendly Campus’
RIT has been named a “Voter Friendly Campus” by the Campus Vote Project and Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education for its ROAR the Vote effort to encourage students to register and vote in the 2016 general election and in coming years. -

Optimism abounds at RIT’s Spring Career Fair
Representatives from more than 245 companies filled the Gordon Field House as more than 4,600 students asked and answered questions about possible employment. Between 1,000 and 1,500 students are expected to meet with employers today for follow-up interviews. -

Voting is open until March 3 to determine which poster will be used in this year’s Imagine RIT: Innovation and Creativity Festival on May 6. Nearly 50 entries were received for the 10th annual poster design contest, and the winner will receive $500 in Tiger Bucks. -
