Global Health Association holds donation drive for Ukraine with InterVol
RIT and the Global Health Association @ RIT are partnering with humanitarian organization InterVol in an urgent donation drive to aid the people of Ukraine affected by the Russian invasion. InterVol’s Ukraine Relief campaign is accepting donations through Thursday, March 10.

Cleared for Takeoff: RIT hosts 2022 FIRST Robotics Finger Lakes Regional March 10-12
Robotics teams will take flight and land at RIT on March 10-12 for the 2022 FIRST Robotics Finger Lakes Regional competition. Thirty-seven regional teams and more than 600 students, teachers, and mentors will gather to participate in the annual challenge FIRST Rapid React.

Julianne Young is a second-year student from Duxbury, Vt., enrolled in both NTID and in the School of Individualized Study. She created her major through SOIS to further her goal of entering audiology school after RIT. On top of her studies, Young is also a standout track athlete.

The Student Wellness Ambassadors Team encourages students to take a moment out of their day to perform a health-related activity, such as stress relief, taking a break, even making essential oil rollers. Wellness Peer Educators connect with their fellow students to talk candidly about alcohol and drug education, sleep hygiene, sexual health, and mental wellness.

Winner announced in 2022 Imagine RIT poster contest
An image of a 3D, futuristic, jack-in-the-box is the winning entry in this year’s Imagine RIT: Creativity and Innovation Festival poster contest. The artist, Sarah Neff, a second-year new media design major from Waterbury, Vt., wins $500 in Tiger Bucks. More than 50 entries were submitted.
