Shana is a Senior Staff Assistant through Undergraduate Admissions, and her placement is in NTID’s Office of Admissions. She focuses on application processing, data integrity, office management, student supervision, and all constituent-facing Admissions functions and events such as visitation and Open Houses. She is also the office liaison for several other offices on campus, including the Registrar, Housing, Financial Aid and Student Financial Services. Shana has worked at RIT since 2011. She is an alumna of RIT with a Master’s degree in HR, and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from SUNY Brockport and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from MCC.
