Note: Brendan John BS/MS ’17 (COS/GCCIS) and Mikaela David ’17 (CLA) got married in Brendan’s hometown of Salamanca, New York on August 10, 2019, at the Seneca Allegany Resort and Casino. The two met at RIT in the Native American Student Association Club back in 2014. They got to know each other while planning club events and attending conferences before they officially started dating at the end of 2015. They both graduated in Spring of 2017, Mikaela with a BS in Advertising and Public Relations and Brendan with a MS in Computer Science. Right now, Brendan and Mikaela live in Florida with their adorable dog, Kona, and both attend the University of Florida.
