Arthur Deane broke into the cybersecurity industry and he hasn’t looked back. Now, he’s helping others unlock opportunities in cybersecurity, paving the way for a more diverse and inclusive tech industry

A digital anatomy table programmed with dynamic medical simulations is changing how RIT physician assistant students learn about the human body. Three-dimensional simulations modeled on real cadavers allow students to understand how the body functions as a system and deteriorates from disease.

Leila Daly, a fifth-year computer engineering technology student from Willingboro, N.J., is working on developing a sensor system for a more touch-responsive prosthetic finger.

Students are bringing mural art into the spotlight through TunnelVision, an immersive project designed to engage and inspire. Ayers Badan will share insights and experiences that have shaped her executive career during the 11th annual Gasser Lecture Series at Saunders College of Business on Friday, Nov. 8. Her speech, titled “Nobody Cares About Your Career,” is also the title of her first book, published in June.

Professor Evelyn Brister believes that having a philosopher on research teams can help balance differing viewpoints and priorities, while also addressing ethical questions that tend to get lost in the mix.

The exhibit, located in the RIT Archives Photo Alumni Gallery, showcases Toni Pepe’s journey as a photography educator and artist, exploring themes of women in society and motherhood. The project fosters connections between alumni and RIT through curated exhibits and oral histories.
