Creative Industry Day drew an impressive array of talent seekers from the likes of The Walt Disney Co., Forbes Media and Procter & Gamble anxiously looking to meet with RIT students in a career-fair setting inside Gordon Field House yesterday.

Shaun Foster, undergraduate program director of 3D Digital Design, is exploring the multidisciplinary possibilities of a game engine developed by the creators of Fortnite and other popular titles. 

The annual festival, now in its 13th year, is a showcase day for RIT. But Imagine RIT isn’t just a one-day celebration. Every day, RIT students, faculty and staff are working to pair technology, art and design in ways that move the world forward.

The winning design in this year’s Imagine RIT poster contest was created by Jacqueline Lando, a fourth-year student majoring in new media design. Her design—colorful images sprouting from the mind—was chosen from among 28 entries in the contest.
