As many of his classmates spent spring break someplace warmer than Rochester, one RIT student stayed in town, donned a Batman costume, and provided food, water, and clothing to people in need.

Industrial Design students and faculty, in collaboration with RIT Libraries, designed the Hexacart, a library-on-wheels that brings rich visual resources to the doorstep of College of Art and Design students, faculty and staff.

Communicating Knowledge Visually: Will Burtin’s Scientific Approach to Information Design, by R. Roger Remington and Sheila Pontis, offers contemporary designers, educators, and students a master class in Burtin’s design philosophy.

Kelly Fellner is still packing heat. The packaging science major has been on three winning RIT student teams in the past four years at the annual Paperboard Packaging Design Challenge. In 2018, she was part of the Packing Heat team that took first place for its subscription box filled with fiery sauces and treats.
