University-Wide Career Fair
With more than 200 academic programs, RIT's University-Wide Career Fair is sure to provide employers with the talent they seek!
The RIT University-Wide Career Fair, sponsored by the Office of Career Services and Cooperative Education, offers our employer partners access to co-op as well as full-time candidates from our diverse portfolio of academic programs. Offered every fall and spring, this popular fair is open to all RIT students and alumni seeking co-op and full-time opportunities.

Interpreting Services
Interpreting Services are provided for the University-Wide Career Fair. The interpreters are located on the first floor, by the field house check-in desk.
Employer Information
Registration
Register for the University-Wide Career Fair through Career Connect beginning December 1, 2024. Career Services will work with your organization to determine whether this event is a good fit or if other options better support your recruiting goals.
Fees
The registration fee for the fair is $750 and includes two recruiters, a six-foot skirted table, and breakfast and lunch for attending representatives. Additional representatives are $100 per person. Due to capacity restrictions, employers can only have a maximum of five representatives per booth. The optional Interview Day registration fee is $250 for two representatives and $100 for each additional representative.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and is required to secure your space.

Ship materials
Before Fair
If you plan to ship items, please do so no sooner than two weeks in advance and no later than five days prior to the event. It is advised to track your packages a few days before the event to ensure their arrival.
Pre-addressed shipping labels (Avery #5168) can be downloaded here, otherwise, you can ship your items to:

Shipped materials will be delivered to your booth the morning of the career fair. Please DO NOT send packages to Gordon Field House.
After Fair
Have return shipping labels filled out and ready to place on all packages you wish to ship back after the career fair. These items will be shipped out the morning after the career fair provided that all necessary information is included on the shipping label.
Interpreting Options for Representatives
RIT has dedicated staff interpreters supporting RIT student involvement during the day. If your representative(s) attending the RIT career fair require their own interpreting services, RIT will use reasonable efforts to provide an interpreter for your representative(s) but cannot guarantee one will be available. Requests for an interpreter must be made at least two weeks prior to the event by emailing ritcareerfair@rit.edu. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you ultimately remain responsible for providing any necessary accommodations your employee(s) may require.
