The Division of Diversity and Inclusion’s Celebration of Excellence honors students, staff and faculty who are leaders and help foster diversity and inclusion within the RIT community. Congratulations are in order. Fifty three students have been selected for Honors Internal Admission in the RIT Honors Program and four of them are first year students in the Division of Diversity and Inclusion.

They are:

Nayelis Arzuaga Santiago (MCAS, Destler/Johnson Rochester City Scholar, DDI Summer Experience 2019, Dean’s List, College of Liberal Arts Psychology Major)

Congratulations are in order to the following RIT students:

Eileen Figueroa, CSTEP student, received two Community Impact Awards: the Alpha Phi Omega Endowed Scholarship & the Alfred L. and Ruby C. Davis Scholarship.

Muniyath Chowdhury, HEOP student, received a Community Impact Award: Walls Olsen Memorial Scholarship.  

Naia Scott, CSTEP student, received the Community Impact-Excellence in Student Life Award.
