Kickboxing is a full contact combat sport that involves different striking styles that also includes punches and kicks using elbows, fists, legs and knees . The moves are derived from different kinds of combative techniques including full contact karate, Muay Thai and boxing. It is mainly focused on striking and there is no ground fighting involved.

Darko Jeremic has continued his passion for kickboxing as trainer after 15 years of competition for Red Star Gym in Belgrade, Serbia and representing the Serbia national team all over the Europe. Darko’s vision of sports is to help improve skills and support goals in the sport.
