SIAM Conference General Description:
SIAM is the largest professional organization in the world for applied and industrial mathematics. The SIAM New York-New Jersey-Pennsylvania Section organizes annual section meetings, seminars and workshops on advanced topics in applied mathematics that are of common interest to the section members. The SIAM New York-New Jersey-Pennsylvania Section encourages new SIAM student chapters and facilitates all SIAM student chapters to connect, thereby promoting collaboration in applied mathematics and its applications to industry and science. Participation in the section activities will be open to all institutions and industries in the region with an interest in applied and computational mathematics.
