Actors Wanted for Student Films
Actors are wanted for films created by RIT School of Film and Animation students! The school is holding open call auditions for films that will be shooting during the spring 2025 semester. All levels of experience are welcome (18 years and older).
The open auditions are scheduled during two sessions on Saturday, Nov. 9: from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-4 p.m. in Soundstage A (Gannett Hall, A100 - basement level).
Short, two-person scenes (performed with a provided scene reader) will be available for the audition. As an alternative, performers are welcome to prepare a short (60 second) monologue, but this is not required.
Auditions are open to RIT faculty, staff and students, and members of the Rochester community. Interpreting services have been scheduled for the entire day. Interested actors need to register in advance
