Anxiety Toolbox
Do you struggle with anxiety like so many of us? Join us for a 3 session workshop (3 consecutive weeks) to learn more about the anxiety you experience and develop skills to help you to manage this.
This CaPS Co-facilitated workshop has 3 modules dedicated to:
- Understanding anxiety;
- Introducing a method for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety;
- Developing alternative responses to anxiety.
By the end of the workshop, you will have your own individualized plan for managing anxiety.
Note: This 60 minute workshop will be offered over 3 workshops on Monday 9/30, Wednesday 10/2 and Friday 10/4. Please commit to attending all 3 sessions. Interpreters available upon request.
