Better Me Yoga Workshop

Join Better Me Wellness yoga instructor, Olivia Rotondo, for an evening of mental, emotional, and physical fitness through mindful yoga practice. Yoga is a low-impact class designed to improve posture, strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and balance. Participants are coached through the proper techniques for safety and effectiveness.

All RIT faculty and staff are encouraged to join, and all levels are welcome.
