Event Info: A meeting with Rachel Synder of Measures for Justice, who holds a B.A. in History, will discuss her career trajectory and how she uses her liberal arts foundation in her work at Rochester-area non-profits.

Bio: Rachel Snyder has over 10 years of nonprofit experience in program management, DEIB, and organizational development. She is a “People First” professional, and believes that people are the greatest asset and the foundation of any organization, and always ensures that people are central in her strategic planning. Prior to joining the team at Measures for Justice, she was an independent consultant, working with organizations such as Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York, the James Beard Foundation, Genesee Land Trust, and Causewave Community Partners. When not at work, she enjoys live music, traveling, and reading.
