COS CommUNITY: Post-Election Discussion
Event Details:
We know that American presidential election seasons are long and divisive, and can lead to a lot of stress, anxiety, burn-out, and more for everyone in our community. To help us move forward, we're hosting a small non-partisan discussion to process our feelings about the election and to re-connect with one another as individuals.
This discussion will be co-facilitated by Counseling and Psychological Services to help us attend to our well-being and ensure that the atmosphere remains mutually supportive. However, this is not a therapy group and if you are in distress or wish to seek individual support, please contact CaPS if you are a student, or Guidance Resources if you are an employee. This event is open to all RIT community members and will be capped at 15 participants.
Please note that this is a non-partisan space in accordance with RIT’s Policy on Political and Legislative Activities and is not open to debate of political topics.
