The impact of climate change is real. At least 85 percent of the world’s population has been affected by human-induced climate change. What are the roles of deaf and hard-of-hearing people in mitigating and adapting to the reality of the impact of climate change on local, national and international levels? Dr. Solomon's presentation will address the intersection of science and policy and the importance of contributions from the humanities, social sciences and the natural sciences to address this pressing global issue.
