Farm to Fork
Experience a farm to fork meal at Gracie's on Thursday, Oct. 13 starting at 4 p.m. featuring a chimichurri flank steak, rosemary and thyme roasted potatoes, citrus glazed carrots, and warm apple crisp.
Gracie's has partnered with Autumn's Harvest Farms, a local farm located 60 miles from campus, in Romulus, New York. Autumn's Harvest Farms prides itself on humanly raised grass-fed beef, pasture pork, and pasture-raised chicken and eggs. Their mission is to eliminate the need for factory cattle and provide us with meat and produce grown and raised in a completely natural state.
There will also be a pumpkin painting contest, so bring your creativity and friends and set up for the evening in Gracie's!
