Join representatives from MOOG to learn about the transformative impact of Employee Resource Groups on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. This event aims to shed light on the crucial role ERG's play in creating a supportive environment where employees from all backgrounds can thrive. ERG's represented include Women & Allies at MOOG (WAM), Pride @ MOOG, and Black Employee Support Team (BEST). Following the presentation, a Tour of Italy buffet dinner will be served, giving participants an additional chance to practice networking skills and learn more about MOOG's ERG's.
