Rochester Art Collectors has teamed up with The Print Club of Rochester and RIT City Art Space to bring you POVx5 on Thursday, July 22, during the International Print Exhibition, Stillness - Movement - Chaos.
POVx5 is an event with five guest presenters who will offer their point of view on selected works from the group exhibition at City Art Space that features artists working in all printmaking media. The event runs from 5:30-8 p.m., with formal programming beginning at 6:15, at City Art Space (280 East Main St., Rochester 14604). It is free and open to all, but registration in advance is requested.
The presenters include:
- Lydia Boddie-Rice, president and creative principal of BoddieWorks Creations and Consulting
- Roslyn Bakst Goldman, certified member of the Appraisers Association of America
- Mary and Tom Myers, local artists and art enthusiasts
- Rashaad Parker, filmmaker and visual artist
- Dr. Jefferson Svengsouk, professor of emergency medicine and hospice and palliative medicine physician
