The Leading High-Performance Teams Certificate Program at Saunders introduces students to the critical concepts and skills needed for effectively leading teams in any industry/organization. It provides an opportunity to put these skills into practice through meaningful, fun, and interactive challenges facilitated by Saunders faculty, student leaders, and alums, across various industries. This free program is available to all RIT students this fall and is sponsored by the Leadership Academy at Saunders.
Required: Applicants accepted into the program must attend all six in-person sessions during the fall semester, Tuesdays, 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. (9/26, 10/3, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7), Room 1225/1235 - Max Lowenthal Hall (Saunders College). The program will culminate in a presentation and celebration on November 7, 2023! Light dinner is provided at each session.
