About Our Panelists

Mayank Bindal
Mayank Bindal  headshot

Mayank is a Senior Manager in MorganFranklin's Strategy & Transformation practice, bringing over 15 years of experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional teams for Fortune 500 clients across the Financial Services and Technology industries.

An expert in digital product ownership and business transformation, Mayank has a proven track record of building innovative automation and AI-based products. He excels in full-cycle product development, from formulating product vision to establishing milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Mayank's leadership style focuses on driving impactful change and delivering value through strategic planning and execution, empowering teams to achieve success in complex and dynamic environments..

Mayank’s representative experience includes:

  • Leading the end-to-end integration of a large card issuer into a Fortune 50 national bank, a highly complex initiative with significant strategic impact. Spearheaded the integration planning and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, compliance, and risk management. Delivered key milestones on time and within budget, establishing foundational infrastructure and processes for subsequent phases.
  • Product Manager for a national banking and financial services client, where Mayank helped build an AI based loan review tool for the client to process overwhelming number for PPP loan applications. Led the development and launch of a cutting-edge technology solution which made credit decisions, using advanced machine learning algorithms. Helped define product vision and collaborated with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists and designers to build the tool from scratch.
  • Product Owner for consumer data products vertical of a leading US investment bank, responsible for leading the development and launch of new data products aimed at improving the bank's consumer banking experience. Successfully ensured that the new data products were secure and compliant with all relevant regulations. Throughout the development process.

Mayank has an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.

Ken Radzyminski
Ken Radzyminski headshot

With a decade of experience in business intelligence and marketing analytics, Ken excels at leveraging data-driven insights to drive recommendations for customer journey success, and to maximize revenue while minimizing costs. His current role with Sherwin-Williams allows him to utilize digital marketing data to optimize website traffic and to increase sales lead generation. 

Christopher Rosen
Christopher Rosen headshot

Chris Rosen is the Director of Product Management for IBM Cloud, leading the cloud-native and AI services portfolio. He oversees strategic offerings such as the Kubernetes Service, Red Hat OpenShift, Container Registry, Code Engine, Red Hat AI, Developer Tools, Monitoring, Logging, and IBM Cloud Satellite, IBM’s distributed cloud platform.

With over 25 years of experience at IBM, Chris has held diverse leadership roles and plays a key role in shaping IBM Cloud’s product strategy by collaborating closely with customers, partners, development, design, research, analysts, sales, and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
