Join us for the first annual Peer to Peer Educational Conference presented by the Academic Success Center at the Rochester Institute of Technology. If you are a student employee working in an academic support position, this conference will give you the opportunity to share and learn strategies for advocating for, assisting, and advancing your peers' learning.
Peer and Professional Tutors, peer mentors, Supplemental Instruction leaders, and teaching and learning assistants, this conference is for you! Workshops will cover topics like:
- effective tutoring techniques
- recognizing academic support needs of students
- learning how to help students develop good study habits
